We read every message and reply personally, usually within two working days. There is no account manager and no automated triage — the person who reads your brief is the person who would do the work.

03 / A call, then a proposal
A short call to pressure-test the brief, followed by a written proposal covering scope, deliverables, timeline and cost. Nothing starts until that’s agreed.
