Introduction and scope

This policy applies to the SINLIMITE website, its project-inquiry form, email exchanges and WhatsApp communications connected with inquiries, proposals, projects and client relationships.

For the processing described here, the data controller is SINLIMITE, the studio presented on this website and led by founder and design director Abderrahmane Faci, with its principal place of business in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Information we may collect

The information involved depends on how you interact with us and what you choose to provide. It may include:

• Your name and contact details, including an email address and, when provided, a WhatsApp or telephone number.
• Your company, brand, website, social profiles, role or other professional information.
• The services you select, your project requirements, budget range and approximate timeline, where provided.
• Messages, references, files and other information you voluntarily send.
• Communication history through email and WhatsApp.
• Lead and client-management information, such as project status, notes and follow-up history.
• Referral source, campaign attribution, form-submission date and consent records, where available.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser or device data, approximate location, page usage, performance data and the language preference saved by the site, where applicable.

The current inquiry form asks for a name, email address, optional phone number, budget range, service, message and consent to contact. It does not currently include a file-upload field.

How we use information

We may use personal information to:

• Respond to inquiries and understand the project, business and services you are asking about.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, scopes, timelines and related project documents.
• Communicate by email or WhatsApp when the relevant contact details and consent have been provided.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, projects and client relationships.
• Maintain appropriate business, financial and communication records.
• Improve the website, services and inquiry experience.
• Prevent misuse, investigate technical problems and maintain security.
• Meet applicable legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Consent to discuss an inquiry is not treated as consent to unrelated promotional campaigns.

WhatsApp communication and consent

We contact you through WhatsApp only when you have provided a telephone number and agreed that SINLIMITE may contact you about your inquiry by email and WhatsApp. Messages are limited to that inquiry and the related business relationship unless you separately choose to receive something else.

WhatsApp communications are also subject to Meta’s own terms and privacy practices.

Automation and AI-assisted processing

We may use automation and AI-assisted tools to support the handling of inquiries and related communications. Personal information is processed through these tools only where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. These tools support our work and are not used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Do not send confidential, highly sensitive or legally privileged information through the inquiry form unless we have agreed on an appropriate way to receive it.

Service providers and data sharing

We may use carefully selected service providers to support the operation of our website and services, process inquiries, manage business communications and client relationships, measure performance, maintain security, and provide automation or AI-assisted support.

These providers may process personal information on our behalf only to the extent reasonably necessary to perform their services, subject to their applicable terms, contractual commitments and security measures. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business reorganisation subject to appropriate legal safeguards.

SINLIMITE does not sell personal information.

International processing

Some service providers operate infrastructure or teams in countries other than Argentina. Personal information may therefore be processed internationally. Where applicable, we use reasonable contractual, organisational or technical safeguards appropriate to the service and the information involved.

Data retention

Inquiry and client information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active project, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements or meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the relationship and the information involved; we do not state a fixed period where the project has not established one.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or securely isolate it, subject to technical limitations and lawful record-keeping requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures suited to the size and nature of the studio, including appropriate access controls for the systems used to operate the website and provide our services. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access, correction, updating or deletion. You may also withdraw consent for future WhatsApp communications. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may need to be retained where the law or legitimate third-party rights require it.

Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 recognises rights of access, rectification, updating and suppression. If a request is not answered or the response is insufficient, you may make a complaint to Argentina’s Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) or pursue the remedies available under applicable law. To exercise a right, email hello@sinlimite.studio with the subject “Privacy request” and enough detail for us to identify the relevant information.

Cookies and analytics

We use functional cookies or similar technologies where needed to operate the website and remember choices such as your language preference. We may also use limited analytics and performance technologies to understand how the website is used, identify technical issues and improve the experience.

Depending on how you use the site, these technologies may process information such as browser or device details, IP address, approximate location, page interactions and performance data. We do not use this information to sell personal data or for unrelated advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling functional technologies may affect language preferences or other site features. We will update this policy and, where legally required, request consent before introducing materially different tracking technologies.

Children’s privacy

SINLIMITE’s services are intended for businesses and professionals and are not intentionally directed towards children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

We may update this policy as the website, services, communication workflow or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page shows when this version took effect. Material changes will be presented here before or when they become effective where reasonably possible.
