These terms apply to the public SINLIMITE website and its inquiry channels. They are intentionally separate from the written proposal or agreement that governs a specific client project.
01
Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SINLIMITE website, including its content, project inquiry form and related communications. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These terms do not by themselves create a client relationship, promise that we will accept a project, or replace any written proposal, statement of work or services agreement accepted by both parties.
02
About SINLIMITE
SINLIMITE is the design and technology studio presented on this website, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina and led by founder and design director Abderrahmane Faci. In these terms, “SINLIMITE”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the studio.
You can contact us at hello@sinlimite.studio.
03
Using the website
You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes, including learning about the studio, viewing selected work and contacting us about a potential project.
You must not:
- Use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, connected systems or non-public information.
- Introduce malicious code, interfere with normal operation, or place an unreasonable load on the website.
- Misrepresent your identity, authority or relationship with another person or organisation.
- Copy, scrape or reuse website content beyond what these terms or applicable law permit.
04
Inquiries and submissions
When you send an inquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are entitled to provide it, and that you have authority to contact us on behalf of any organisation you name.
Sending an inquiry or receiving an initial response does not require either party to proceed with a project. Please do not submit confidential, highly sensitive or legally privileged material through the public form unless we have agreed on an appropriate way to receive it.
You retain ownership of materials you submit. You give us permission to review and use them only as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate the opportunity and prepare a proposal or related communication.
05
Proposals and client engagements
Descriptions of services and past work on this website are general and illustrative. They are not a binding offer, quotation, guarantee of availability or promise that the same approach or result will apply to another project.
A project engagement begins only when the parties accept the relevant written proposal, statement of work or other agreement. That document may set out the scope, deliverables, fees, taxes, payment schedule, timeline, revisions, responsibilities, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights and termination terms.
If these website terms conflict with an accepted project agreement, the project agreement controls for that engagement.
06
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s design, text, graphics, code, motion, branding and original media are owned by or licensed to SINLIMITE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view the website and share links to its public pages. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, sell, license, publicly display or commercially exploit its content without prior written permission, except where applicable law allows it.
Names, trademarks and materials shown in portfolio work may belong to the relevant clients or other rights holders. Their appearance does not transfer rights to you or imply an endorsement beyond the project context presented.
07
Third-party services and links
The website may link to or rely on third-party websites, platforms or services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content, availability or security, and a link does not necessarily mean that we endorse everything they provide.
08
Website availability and changes
We may update, remove, suspend or change parts of the website as the studio, its work and its services evolve. We aim to keep the website useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item will always remain current.
09
Website information and disclaimers
The public website is provided for general information and to introduce our work. It is not legal, financial, technical or other professional advice, and it should not be treated as a project-specific recommendation or commitment.
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that it will always be complete, error-free, secure or suitable for a particular purpose. Commitments relating to paid services are contained in the applicable project agreement.
10
Responsibility and limits
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, or limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, SINLIMITE is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the public website; for events outside our reasonable control; or for third-party websites and services. Responsibility relating to a client project is governed by the applicable project agreement.
11
Access and termination
We may restrict or block access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect the website or other people, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including intellectual-property, responsibility and dispute provisions—remain effective after access ends.
12
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use the website, submit an inquiry, email us or communicate through WhatsApp. The Privacy Policy forms part of the information governing your use of these channels.
13
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without limiting any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you. Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the courts or authorities competent under applicable law. Nothing in this section requires a consumer to give up a forum or remedy that the law makes available.
14
Updates and contact
We may update these terms when the website, services or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top shows when this version began to apply. Material changes will be presented on this page before or when they become effective where reasonably possible.
